Honorable Managing Director Mr. Pankaj Kapoor pointed out that in the affordable segment, the incentives that are provided by the government of India are being attracted by buyers and developers both. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), an annual income upto 18 Lakh Rupee households can avail a subsidy of ₹2.3 lakh rupees for buying a home. Even the Buyers are exempted for income tax on housing loans.

However, in affordable housing project condition the developers are going to get 100% deduction for profits only for the flats upto 30 square metres, in the case of Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai the four metros cities and around 60 square meters for other cities which might complete the construction in three years span.

Managing Director of Poddar Housing and Development, Mr. Rohit Poddar, addressed that after demonetisation and the implementation of RERA act and GST, there has been a general buoyancy in the market. He added,“ Eventually, confidence is building up in the affordable segment where there is maximum pent up demand existed which is now going to  result in transactions after the supply restarted in the market.”

Moreover, Mr. Rohit Poddar said that the urbanisation is an unstoppable trend in the Indian market which creates demand for budget homes for middle and lower class people. So getting forward in the future the affordable segment will continue to thrive.”

Mr. Kapoor said this segment had much higher growth prospects than suggested previously since it would take some time for setting up pipelines for housing after incentives are announced.

Mr. Rohit Kapoor added that “In the last two years, the pipeline started striking in the Indian market than compared with previous years, as there was a huge gestation period. The Affordable housing share shall get doubled to 40% in the coming two years.”

भारत सरकार द्वारा मातृत्व सहयोह योजना को बादल कर प्रधानमंत्री मातृत्व वंदना योजना कर दिया गया जिसमे ग्राभवती महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से 6000रु से लाभान्वित करने वाली एक उत्तम योजना है|

इस योजना के अंतर्गत गर्भवती व स्तनपान करने वाली महिलाओं को पहले जीवित ज्न्म के लिए 6000रु की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाती है| अन्य केंद्र सरकारी कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के समान इस म्हत्वपूर्ण योजना को आकर्षक बनाने के लिए इस योजना के साथ प्रधानमंत्री नाम जोड़ा गया|

महिला और बाल कल्याण बिभाग के अनुसार भूतपूर्व गर्भावस्था सहायता योजना सफल नही हो सकी व न ही अधिक लोग उस योजना से अवगत थे| महिला विकास व बाल कल्याण विभाग द्वारा गत समय मे उपलब्ध कराये गए आकड़ों मे बताया गया था के (PMMVY) से लाभान्वित होने वालों की संख्या 17 लाख थी जो अब बढ़ कर 31 लाख हो चुकी है| हाल ही मे महिला विकास व बाल कल्याण मंत्रालय मंत्री मेंका गांधी जी से राज्यसभा में पूछे गए प्रश्न मे यह खुलासा किया गया के इस योजना से अब तक 31 लाख ग्राभवाती महिलाएं लाभान्वित हो चुकी है|

(PMMVY) योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रतिदिन 50,000 नामांकन प्राप्त हुए जिसके लिए भारत के सभी 36 राज्यों व केंद्र प्रशशित राज्यों के लिए 2048.21 करोड़ रूपय आवंटित किए जा चुके है|
